Position: Lead Software Tester

Location: Christchurch, New Zealand

Job Description:

Join our dynamic team at Pay It Now NZ as Lead Software Tester and contribute to the excellence and reliability of our cutting-edge software products. We are looking for someone with meticulous attention to detail and a zeal for enhancing software quality.

Responsibilities:

Execute comprehensive testing protocols to identify and rectify software defects.
Design and implement detailed test plans, procedures and cases.
Work collaboratively with our development team to maintain high-quality standards throughout the software development lifecycle.
Document, report, and track bugs and issues meticulously, and oversee their resolution.
Perform rigorous regression testing to ensure robustness and stability with each new software release.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our testing processes.

Requirements:

At least 2 years of proven experience as a Software Tester, ideally within the fintech sector.
At least 2 years of familiarity with the Pay It Now NZ (PIN) Network.
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.
Thrive in a fast-paced, agile work environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Be someone who is self motivated, with a desire to deliver results
You must have demonstrable initiative and organisational skills
