  • For virtual gift card orders, there is a $1.50 delivery fee. For physical card orders, a shipping fee of $7.50 applies. For Visa Prezzy Card orders, there is a $5.95 card issuing fee, with a $1.50 delivery fee for virtual cards and $7.50 for physical cards. All prices are in NZD. See our Fees page for more info

  • For virtual card orders, please allow up to 3 business days for delivery to your nominated email address. For physical card deliveries, please allow 5-7 business days for arrival

  • Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation that includes a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your order.

  • You can use any supported digital asset on our app to purchase a giftcard including BTC, BNB, ETH, MATIC, SHIBA, SOL, TRX, and others, as well as NZD, AUD, and USD
