These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Pay It Now PNG Beta Testing Program (“Program”). By signing up and participating, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

• “Pay It Now”, “PIN”, “we”, “our”, or “us” means Pay It Now PNG Ltd, Company Number: 1-134144718, registered in Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea.

• “Tester”, “you”, or “your” means an individual accepted into the Beta Testing Program.

• “App” refers to the PIN Network mobile application and related services under development.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Testers must be at least 18 years of age.
2.2 Testers must be based within the Papua New Guinea region, though citizenship is not required.
2.3 Participation in the Program is voluntary and unpaid. Pay It Now may, at its discretion, introduce a rewards program for testers who provide successful and informative feedback.

3. Tester Responsibilities

3.1 Testers must not misuse the App or network, including but not limited to:

• Fraudulent activity,

• Exploiting bugs for personal or financial gain,

• Reverse-engineering, copying, or attempting to extract source code.

3.2 Testers agree to provide feedback that is constructive and accurate.
3.3 All feedback, suggestions, or ideas submitted become the property of Pay It Now, with no payment or royalties owed to the Tester.

4. Beta Software Disclaimer

4.1 Testers acknowledge that the App and network are still in development.
4.2 The App may contain bugs, errors, or incomplete features and may not represent the final version.
4.3 Testers understand that the App may be unavailable from time to time due to updates, maintenance, or technical issues.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pay It Now is not liable for any losses, damages, downtime, or issues arising from your participation in the Program or use of the App.
5.2 Testers participate at their own risk and should not rely on the App for critical or financial transactions during the Beta phase.

6. Data & Privacy

6.1 Testers must complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification by providing valid identification.
6.2 Pay It Now will not collect personal information beyond KYC unless necessary to resolve a specific bug (e.g., device or usage information required to ascertain the cause of an issue).
6.3 Testers consent to the collection and use of such information solely for the purpose of improving the App.
6.4 Feedback, bug reports, and testing data are confidential to Pay It Now. Testers may not share details of the App publicly without prior written consent.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 All rights, title, and interest in the App, the PIN Network, and any materials provided remain the exclusive property of Pay It Now.
7.2 By participating, Testers assign all rights to feedback, suggestions, and improvements to Pay It Now.

8. Termination

8.1 Pay It Now reserves the right to remove any Tester from the Program at any time without notice, including for misconduct, non-compliance, or inactivity.
8.2 Testers may withdraw from the Program at any time by contacting Pay It Now.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Papua New Guinea and New Zealand, with both jurisdictions applying as relevant.
