Important Information About Referral Codes for Partnered Networks
💬Introduction
We’d like to take a moment to explain the important role referral codes play within the Pay It Now (PIN) ecosystem, and why they’re a key part of our partner network structure.
Referral codes do more than identify where a user came from - they help enable faster on-boarding, smoother transactions, and stronger compliance. Whether you're brand new or a long-time user, knowing how referral codes work can help you make the most of your experience with the PIN Network.
🧾What Is a Partner Referral Code?
A Partner referral code is a unique identifier provided by an official PIN partner, community leader, or affiliated network or platform. It links your PIN account to an externally verified source
While partner codes may look similar to standard referral codes, they function quite differently.
Instead of simply being a way to earn rewards, a partner code forms a trusted link between you and a specific network, enhancing your experience with the PIN Network
✅ Why Referral Codes Matter
Referral codes enhance your experience in a number of important ways:
🛡️ 1. Enhanced Customer Due Diligence (CDD)
Referral codes help us meet Know Your Customer (KYC) and AML/CTF requirements by identifying how you were introduced to our platform. This strengthens our ability to verify your identity and intent - crucial when dealing with financial services..
⚡ 2. Faster Deposit Processing
Accounts linked to a verified partner or on-boarding guide are eligible for faster processing of fiat and crypto deposits. By connecting you to a trusted network, we can reduce manual checks and approve transactions more quickly.
🚀 3. Quicker Withdrawals
Having a referral code allows our team to process withdrawals with fewer delays, as the account is already linked to a verified source—reducing the need for additional verification.
📩 4. Less Back-and-Forth
With a code, much of the compliance information has already been validated - so we won’t need to contact you repeatedly for extra documents.
🔍 5. Stronger AML/CTF Compliance
Referral codes create a clear, auditable connection between you and your on-boarding source. This supports our obligations under Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing laws - especially important for digital assets, cross-border transactions, and higher-risk activity.
💡 6. Tailored Support and Perks
Knowing who referred you helps us tailor your experience - from assigning the right on-boarding agent to ensuring you receive any community-specific benefits. It’s a smarter way to connect you with the support you need.
🎯 Better Experience, Faster Access
Ultimately, having a referral code means less friction, fewer delays, and full access to everything the PIN Network has to offer — right from the start.
📝 How to Enter Your Referral Code
If you were referred by a partnered network, onboarding guide, or official agent, be sure to link your account using their referral code by following these steps:
During account registration in the PIN App, you’ll be prompted to enter a referral code (if you have one).
If you skipped this step, you can still enter your code after setup:
Open the PIN App
Go to Settings
Tap Account Settings
Select Referral Code
Enter the code provided by your guide or network partner
Important: You can only enter a referral code once. After it’s submitted, it can’t be changed.
If you’re unsure of your code or who referred you, please contact our Support Team or speak with your onboarding contact directly.

Did you know we also have a standard referral program for all users?
You don’t need to be part of a community or partnered network to share the benefits of PIN. You can invite friends to create a free PIN Network App account, and get rewarded for doing so.
