PIN Network Availability Update
Note: Users in New Zealand, Australia, Fiji, Vanuatu, The United States and Papua New Guinea are not affected by this update.
Pay It Now regularly reviews the jurisdictions in which the PIN Network is available to ensure our services continue to align with applicable AML regulations and broader compliance obligations
Following a recent policy and jurisdictional review, we have updated the list of countries and regions where the PIN Network is supported. As a result, services will no longer be available in certain jurisdictions at this time.
Impact on access
From Thursday 15 January 2026, users located in affected jurisdictions will no longer be able to access the PIN Network App, their account, or associated products and services.
This update reflects an alignment of our operating model with current regulatory and compliance requirements as the Network continues to grow. As part of our ongoing expansion, we will continue to monitor and review supported jurisdictions in line with these requirements, and access may be restored to affected areas at some point in the future.
How users are notified
Users impacted by this change have been contacted via email directly by our Compliance team. Please check your inbox, including your spam or junk folder, to ensure you have received this notification.
If you believe you may be located in an affected jurisdiction and have not received a notification, please contact the PIN Team to confirm your status.
From Thursday 15 January 2026, affected users may encounter an error message when attempting to log in to the PIN Network App. If this occurs, please contact us for assistance.
Next steps – Asset transfers
Affected users who currently hold assets within the PIN Network App are invited to withdraw or transfer those assets to another wallet or platform within 30 days of notification.
Withdrawals can be completed in app by navigating to
Home > Withdraw > Bridge Off
Standard un-bridge and network fees will apply.
If assets are not transferred within this timeframe, access may become temporarily restricted and manual processing may be required in limited circumstances.
