On Saturday 28 February 2026, our Australian banking partner will be performing essential platform maintenance. As a result, AUD bank deposits and withdrawals on the PIN Network will be temporarily unavailable for up to 1 day
Maintenance Window:
Saturday, 28 February 2026
Banking services are expected to resume on Sunday 1 March 2026
What This Means for You:
• During the maintenance window Australian bank deposits and withdrawals will not be available through the PIN Network App or platform
• No other Pay It Now services are affected and the network will continue to function as normal
• AUD Bank deposits and withdrawals will automatically resume once maintenance is complete
• If you initiate a deposit or withdrawal during this period, your funds will remain safe. However, transactions cannot be processed until banking services are fully restored
Planning Ahead
If you are intending to make an Australian bank deposit or withdrawal, we recommend completing it either before maintenance begins or after services have resumed
Alternatively, our Stripe card top up option will remain available for quick top ups or deposits. (Fees apply)
