Web3 MasterCard - Apple Pay Update

We wanted to provide an important update for Pay It Now customers who use the Pay It Now Web3 Mastercard with Apple Pay on Apple iOS devices.

From May 11, 2026, new Pay It Now Web3 Mastercards will no longer be able to be linked to Apple Pay until further notice.

The good news is that existing customers who already have their Web3 Mastercard linked to Apple Pay before this date remain unaffected and can continue using Apple Pay as normal with no interruption to everyday use.

Customers will still be able to:
• Use their Web3 Mastercard for online purchases
• Access all other Web3 Mastercard features as normal
• Continue accessing all other supported Web3 Mastercard payment features

Customers who have not previously linked their Web3 Mastercard to Apple Pay before May 11, 2026 will be unable to add their card moving forward. Cards previously removed from Apple Pay also cannot currently be re added.

We understand this may be disappointing for customers who regularly use Apple Pay, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.

What this means for customers

  • Existing Apple Pay users can continue using their cards as normal

  • If your Web3 Mastercard was not linked to Apple Pay before May 11, 2026, you will currently be unable to add it

  • Cards removed from Apple Pay cannot currently be re added

  • Online purchases using your Web3 Mastercard continue to work as normal

  • All other Web3 Mastercard features remain unaffected

Our team is currently working with our card partner in an effort to restore Apple Pay support in the future. We will continue to provide updates if anything changes.

We appreciate your understanding and continued support.
