Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter

This promotion is conducted by Pay It Now NZ Limited ("Pay It Now", "we", "our", or "us").

2. Promotion Period

The promotion is valid only during NZ Crypto Con 2026, held at the New Zealand International Convention Centre (NZICC), Auckland, New Zealand, on:

• Saturday 6 June 2026
• Sunday 7 June 2026

No spins will be permitted before or after these dates.

3. Location

The promotion is available exclusively at the Pay It Now booth located within NZ Crypto Con 2026.

4. Eligibility

To participate, entrants must:

• Be physically present at the Pay It Now booth during the promotion period.
• Have a registered PIN Network App account.
• Be able to access their PIN Network App account if requested by staff.
• Comply with these Terms and Conditions.

Digital asset prizes may only be awarded to persons aged 18 years or older.

Pay It Now reserves the right to refuse participation where eligibility cannot be verified.

5. Spin Limits

Participants may spin a maximum of:

• One (1) spin per person per day; and
• Two (2) spins in total across the entire event.

Attempts to obtain additional spins through multiple accounts, impersonation, or any other method may result in disqualification.

6. Wheel Operation

All spins must be:

• Approved by a Pay It Now staff member.
• Conducted in the presence of a Pay It Now staff member.
• Witnessed and verified by a Pay It Now staff member.

For a spin to be considered valid:

• The wheel must complete at least one full rotation.
• The wheel must pass its starting position before stopping.
• The wheel must come to a complete stop before a prize is determined.

If a spin does not complete a full rotation, Pay It Now may require the participant to spin again before a prize is awarded.

The decision of Pay It Now staff regarding the validity of any spin is final.

7. Prizes

Prize 1 – 5 PIN Rewards

The winner will receive five (5) PIN Rewards credited directly to their PIN Network App account.

Maximum prize value: 5 PIN Rewards.

Prize 2 – 10 PIN Rewards

The winner will receive ten (10) PIN Rewards credited directly to their PIN Network App account.

Maximum prize value: 10 PIN Rewards.

Prize 3 – PIN Goodie Bag

The winner will receive one (1) PIN Goodie Bag.

Contents may vary and are randomly assorted.

If Goodie Bags become unavailable, Pay It Now reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative item of equal or greater value.

Prize 4 – Spin Again

The winner is entitled to one additional spin.

All standard promotion rules apply to the additional spin.

The additional spin must also complete one full rotation to be considered valid.

Prize 5 – PIN Merchandise

The winner may select one available merchandise item from stock on hand.

Available merchandise may include:

• T Shirt
• Mug
• Keychain
• Pen
• Other promotional merchandise

All merchandise prizes are subject to availability and while stocks last.

8. Grand Prize – 250 USDT

One (1) participant will win 250 USDT.

The first participant to validly land on the 250 USDT prize segment and have the result verified by Pay It Now staff will be declared the winner.

The prize will be credited to the winner's PIN Network App account.

Following crediting of the prize, the winner may:

• Retain the USDT.
• Exchange it for another supported asset.
• Cash out to a supported bank account.
• Transfer it to an external wallet.

Any transfer, unbridging, withdrawal, exchange, blockchain transaction, gas fee, network fee, banking fee, spread, or third party fee incurred after the prize has been credited is the sole responsibility of the winner.

The amount ultimately received by the winner outside of the PIN Network may be less than 250 USDT due to applicable fees.

If the Grand Prize is won on Saturday 6 June 2026, Pay It Now may, at its sole discretion, choose to offer an additional 250 USDT Grand Prize on Sunday 7 June 2026.

Pay It Now is under no obligation to offer a second Grand Prize.

Pay It Now reserves the right to require proof of identity and eligibility before awarding the Grand Prize.

9. Prize Collection and Ownership

All prizes are awarded to the participant who wins them.

Prizes:

• Are not transferable.
• Cannot be exchanged for cash unless expressly permitted by Pay It Now.
• Cannot be swapped for another prize.
• Cannot be redeemed by another person.

Once a prize has been awarded, it becomes the responsibility of the winner.

Pay It Now is not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, damaged, or destroyed prizes.

10. Prize Availability

All physical prizes are available while stocks last.

Pay It Now reserves the right to substitute any prize with an alternative prize of equal or greater value where necessary.

11. Grand Prize Eligibility Restrictions

The 250 USDT Grand Prize is not available to:

• Employees, contractors, directors, officers, or representatives of Pay It Now.
• Immediate family members of Pay It Now employees, contractors, directors, officers, or representatives.
• Employees, contractors, directors, officers, or representatives of any corporate partner, sponsor, exhibitor, or organization directly involved in the operation, administration, sponsorship, or promotion of this promotion.

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, "immediate family" includes a spouse, partner, parent, child, sibling, grandparent, grandchild, or any person residing in the same household.

If an ineligible participant lands on the Grand Prize segment, the spin will be deemed invalid for the Grand Prize and Pay It Now may, at its sole discretion:

• Require the participant to re-spin for an alternative prize.
• Void the result and continue the promotion until an eligible winner is determined.

12. Photography, Video and Publicity

By participating in this promotion, participants acknowledge and agree that Pay It Now may photograph, film, or record their participation and any prize presentation.

Participants consent to the use of their name, image, likeness, photograph, video footage, and prize details for:

• Social media posts and announcements.
• Marketing and promotional activities.
• Website content.
• Internal records and prize verification purposes.
• Future promotional material relating to Pay It Now and its products and services.

No compensation will be payable for the use of such material.

Participants who do not wish to be photographed or recorded should advise a Pay It Now staff member before participating. Pay It Now reserves the right to decline participation where prize verification requirements cannot reasonably be met.

13. Disqualification

Pay It Now may disqualify any participant who:

• Provides false or misleading information.
• Attempts to manipulate the wheel or promotion.
• Uses multiple accounts to obtain additional spins.
• Behaves in a disruptive, abusive, threatening, or unsafe manner.
• Breaches these Terms and Conditions.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pay It Now shall not be liable for:

• Any loss, damage, or injury suffered in connection with participation in the promotion.
• Any technical failure, software issue, or account access problem.
• Delays in prize delivery caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
• Blockchain network delays, congestion, forks, outages, or third party service failures.
• Any reduction in value of a digital asset prize resulting from market movements after the prize has been awarded.

15. Privacy

Participants acknowledge that Pay It Now may collect and use personal information for the purpose of administering this promotion, verifying eligibility, awarding prizes, and complying with legal and regulatory obligations.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with Pay It Now's Privacy Policy.

16. General

Pay It Now reserves the right to:

• Modify, suspend, postpone, or cancel the promotion at any time.
• Amend these Terms and Conditions without notice where reasonably necessary.
• Verify the identity and eligibility of any participant.
• Refuse participation where fraud, abuse, misconduct, or breaches of these Terms and Conditions are suspected.
• Make final decisions regarding all aspects of the promotion.

Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

All decisions made by Pay It Now in relation to this promotion are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

17. Acceptance of Terms

By participating in the promotion and spinning the wheel, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
