This document outlines the terms and conditions for the special one-day-only OTC (Over-the-Counter) promotion offered by Pay It Now NZ Ltd. Please read these terms carefully, as participation in this offer constitutes acceptance of all conditions.

1. Promotion Overview

  • The Pay It Now Special OTC Offer allows users to purchase cryptocurrency with zero fees.

  • The offer is available exclusively through Pay It Now NZ Ltd on Saturday, 15th February 2025, from 12:01 AM to 11:59 PM (NZDT).

  • This promotion is not available through the PIN Network App and requires manual order submission via the OTC helpdesk.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To participate in this promotion, you must:

  • Be a registered PIN Network App user.

  • Have a verified account with completed Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements.

  • Ensure your account is not suspended or restricted.

3. How to Participate

  1. Order Submission:

    • Orders must be placed through the Pay It Now OTC helpdesk.

    • The submission form is accessible on the Pay It Now website’s promotions page.

    • Only correctly submitted orders via this form will be processed.

  2. Providing Wallet Details:

    • Assets will be sent directly to the user’s external Web3 or self-custodial wallet.

    • Users must provide a valid wallet address during order submission.

4. Order and Payment Process

  • Market Rate Acquisition:

    • Pay It Now will acquire your desired cryptocurrency assets at market rates at the time your order is submitted.

    • The rate will be confirmed and agreed upon by both parties before proceeding with the order.

  • Payment Requirements:

    • Orders will only be processed once funds have been received and cleared in Pay It Now’s bank account.

    • Payment must be made in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) via the following methods:

      • Bank Transfer

      • Poli-Pay

    • Payments made via RAMP or other unsupported methods will not qualify for this promotion.

5. Asset Delivery Process

  • Once payment is received and the order is submitted, assets will be transferred immediately to the provided wallet address.

  • Delivery times may vary based on blockchain congestion and block confirmation times.

6. Important Terms

  • Irrevocable Orders: Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or reversed due to a change of mind. Transfers are final and irreversible.

  • Order Refusal Rights: Pay It Now reserves the right to refuse an order if:

    • The order does not meet the criteria outlined in these terms.

    • The order amount or rate is not agreed upon by both parties before submission.

7. Supported Assets and Exclusions

  • This promotion applies to all supported cryptocurrency assets available on the PIN Network App, except the following:

    • New Zealand Dollar (NZD)

    • Australian Dollar (AUD)

    • US Dollar (USD)

    • Papa New Guinea Kina (PNG)

    • Singapore Dollar (SGK)

    • PIN, PIN Rewards, Roo, Kiwi, Ruby, or PFT (Pest Free Token)

8. End of Promotion

  • This is a one-time limited offer, valid only on 15th February 2025.

  • Standard pricing and fees will resume at 12:00 AM, Sunday, 16th February 2025 (NZDT).

9. Disclaimer and Liability

  • Pay It Now will not be responsible for any delays or failed transactions due to inaccurate wallet addresses provided by the user or blockchain network congestion.

  • Users must ensure their wallet supports the cryptocurrency they wish to receive.
