You Spoke, We Listened: New Features Are Coming to PIN

The next PIN Network App update is on the way, bringing some of our most requested features directly into the app.

Version 3.15 will give you better visibility over your transactions, easier access to important information and fewer reasons to wonder what is happening with a deposit, un-bridge or cashout.

Here’s what’s coming.

Transaction hashes are finally coming to the app

We know transaction hashes have been one of our most requested features, and we’re excited to finally make them available within the PIN App.

You’ll be able to view Layer 1 transaction hashes directly within your transaction details, making it easier to independently track and verify transactions.

Previously, customers often needed to contact the PIN Team to request this information. Providing it within the app will save time and reduce the need to submit a support ticket.

We appreciate your patience while we worked to introduce this feature.

Track your transaction status

Have a deposit or withdrawal being held for manual review? Sent a bank transfer but aren’t sure whether it has arrived? Not sure what is happening with a recent transaction?

You’ll now be able to track the progress of your deposits, un-bridges and cashouts directly within the app.

Your transaction will display one of the following statuses:

🟡 Pending

🟠 In Review

🔵 Processing

🟢 Completed

This gives you better visibility, clearer updates and less guesswork, so you can see exactly where your transaction is in the process.

View your generated deposit addresses

You’ll now be able to view the Bridge On deposit addresses you’ve generated directly within the app and track the progress of incoming deposits.

Check the status of a pending Bridge On deposit and see whether the deposit address has expired. This may help explain why an expected deposit has not arrived, prevent you from sending assets to a previously used or expired address, and make incoming transfers easier to track without needing to search for transaction details elsewhere.

Named Virtual Accounts for Australian customers

Named Virtual Accounts are also coming to PIN App version 3.15 for customers based in Australia.

Australian customers will be able to complete a short application directly within the app and receive their own dedicated BSB and account number, registered in their name and linked directly to their PIN Account.

This will replace the existing shared AUD deposit details and make bank transfer deposits simpler and more streamlined.

Customers will still need a verified Australian bank account linked to their PIN profile, and deposits must continue to come from their own verified bank account registered in their name.

Virtual Accounts are designed to receive incoming deposits only. Outbound transfers cannot be made directly from them, but customers can continue withdrawing funds through the standard PIN cashout process.

A redesigned support site is coming soon

Following a review of the support enquiries we receive, we found that many customer questions relate to navigating the app, understanding transaction processes or finding clear “how-to” information.

We’ve redesigned our entire support site to make this information easier to find.

The new site will include step-by-step guides, practical tips, answers to common questions and helpful tools designed to help you navigate the PIN Network and make the most of its features.

You’ll still be able to contact the PIN Team whenever you need dedicated assistance. Our chat feature has also received a facelift, but it will continue to work and feel much the same as it does today.

After all, providing helpful answers and practical guidance is exactly what a support site should be for.

POLi deposit update

Some New Zealand customers may have recently experienced delays with POLi deposits from Kiwibank and ANZ.

A temporary network change meant these deposits, which had previously been confirmed instantly within the app, needed to be held for manual processing. This was due to a delay between the POLi transaction being confirmed and the funds arriving in our account.

We’re pleased to confirm that we have now found a solution and re-enabled instant POLi deposit confirmation for Kiwibank and ANZ customers.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and truly appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding while we worked through the issue.

We’re continuing to improve

Our team is committed to making the PIN Network as simple and streamlined as possible. This includes improving transaction flows and reducing processing times.

We understand how frustrating delays can be, whether they are caused by additional steps, technical issues or compliance requirements. We’ve recently made changes to how outgoing transactions are processed, helping more un-bridges move through the network faster.

Some transactions will still require manual review, but we’ll continue working hard to reduce unnecessary delays wherever possible.

While we may not get every detail or process right the first time, we see your feedback, hear your concerns and take them seriously. We’re continually refining the network, enhancing our processes and building the features our customers want.

Our goal is to help you get the most from the PIN Network and create a more positive digital asset experience.
