Introducing our refreshed Pay It Now support site

Finding help should be straightforward. Whether you’re learning your way around the PIN Network App, checking a service update or following up on a transaction, you should be able to find the information you need without a lengthy search.

As announced during our latest app update v3.15.0, our refreshed support site and support platform are now live at support.payitnow.io.

The updated site brings together practical help articles, our network status page and a refreshed way to contact the team. It’s another step towards making the PIN Network easier to use, with the same friendly, local support when you need a hand.

Helpful guides for everyday questions

The support site is a hub of articles, how-to guides and handy tips to help you make the most of the PIN Network.

Want to know how to get started in the app, understand our fees or withdraw assets to your own wallet? Our help articles give you practical information you can refer to when you need it.

We’ll continue adding articles and updating the information over time, so it’s worth checking back as the network grows and new features become available.

Our goal is to make everyday tasks easy to understand, with clear guidance that helps you get on with what you came to do.

Our network status page has a new home

Our status page has moved to the support site, making service updates easier to find alongside our help resources.

If something isn’t working as expected, you can check the status page to see whether there’s a known issue or maintenance affecting a product, feature or service. You can also check whether a supported asset is currently available for withdrawal.

This gives you a quicker way to find out what’s happening and whether an issue affecting your experience has already been identified.

If you still need help, our team is always available to help

Better information to help us resolve your request

You can still contact us by creating a support ticket. While the design has changed, the process will feel familiar, with questions now tailored to the type of support you need.

Missing information can slow down a request. If we need to ask for transaction details after your ticket arrives, it adds another exchange before we can properly investigate.

The refreshed forms and updated ticket flow help collect those details at the start. If you’re following up on a crypto deposit, also known as a bridge-on transaction, you’ll be asked for information such as the asset, chain and deposit address before submitting your ticket.

Providing the right details upfront helps reduce unnecessary back-and-forth and gives our team a clearer starting point to get to the bottom of your request sooner.

More answers when you need them

We’re continuing to improve both the support site and the information available in the app, including clearer visibility of transaction statuses.

For everyday questions, a helpful article may give you the answer sooner than waiting for a support reply. When you do need our team, the updated ticket forms help us start with the information we need.

Together, these improvements are designed to make help easier to find and reduce avoidable delays, while keeping personal support available for the requests that need it.

The same local team, with support coming to the app

The site may look different, but our commitment to friendly, personal and helpful customer service remains the same.

Pay It Now is New Zealand owned and built for both Kiwis and Aussies. Our local New Zealand and Australian support team is here to help when you need a hand.

Soon, the support site will also be available directly within the PIN Network App, allowing you to view, respond to and manage your support requests from the app.

For now, explore the refreshed support site, browse the guides and take a look around.

 Kind regards, The PIN Team
